PURPOSE OF JOB

To work as part of the Project Team, making direct contact with decision-makers of all researched and client approved target companies(no cold calling. You will present sufficient information concerning the vendor’s business by telephone and written correspondence. The aim is to achieve constructive market feedback from the potential buyer/interested party, and a signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA) in order to provide a full Information Memorandum on the client’s business.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS

Client Service Delivery:

      • Place the client at the centre of all decision making at all stages of the project
      • In conjunction with the Project Manager provide the client with verbal and written feedback regarding the progress of the outbound calling process to include results, market feedback, and take appropriate review action when needed

The role includes a structured development programme designed to enhance your call skills and campaign performance as well as giving you options to sign up to an accredited Apprenticeship Programme. In addition there is the training for potential development to a Team Leader role in 15 months from starting with the business.

Many of our campaigns are conducted in a language other than English – and in different time zones around the world – occasionally shift working is required to meet the demands of these campaigns, although it is on a voluntary basis. Overnight working attracts additional pay.


 

 

 

Deal Leader To £50,000

Role: Deal Leader

Location: Newbury

Salary: To £50,000 + Car Allowance + Bonus(£10,000 - £30,000 dependent upon yr success/ability)

PURPOSE OF JOB

To set the strategic direction of a project, interacting between client and prospective acquirers as well as all appropriate advisors, in order to achieve the best possible outcome for the client; to generate and manage offers, and where possible, negotiate a successful sale of the company or advise on an alternative solution.

KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

      • Establish trusted advisor status with all clients, possess a working knowledge of the project, the client’s business and requirements of the vendor
      • Thorough preparation for all meetings throughout the project preparatory phases
      • Lead and facilitate meetings between vendor (client) and potential purchasers
      • Undertake all associated client/prospective acquirer follow up after meetings
      • Help parties concerned explore acceptable and appropriate deal structures
      • Generate indicative offers and demonstrate the ability to utilise synergistic benefits of acquisition to leverage value
      • Communicate effectively between clients, prospective acquirers and advisors, in particular, relaying all relevant offers and responses to those concerned
      • Negotiate an acceptable commercial deal structure position between vendor and purchaser and where possible negotiate the successful sale of our client’s business, or advise on an alternative solution
      • Liaise with Project Manager and Business Analyst on progress of negotiations and project developments
      • Detailed updating of CRM following any discussions with either party
      • Gain a good understanding of the client’s financial performance, working closely with the internal Business Analyst to agree the basis for the future Business Plan
      • Facilitate “Dry Run” meetings as part of the preparation phase
      • Ensure all key performance objectives are met, and exceeded where possible
      • Support, facilitation and driving of all parties during the due diligence process
      • Set the strategic direction of the project from the outset, including the provision of appropriate and necessary resource to achieve the best results
      • Provide support to new business development opportunities and initiatives
      • Demonstrate the ability to advise clients on Working Capital considerations
      • Provide advice for clients on the merits of different deal types including: Trade, PE, MBO and MBI

Main Duties & Responsibilities

• Dealing with new clients over the telephone, taking risk details and presenting quotations in a professional manner. Ensuring every effort is made to close the sale.
• Ensuring all new quotations is chased and regular touch points are made to maximize our selling opportunity.
• You will be given a monthly sales target which will be set based on your experience and performance, this will be a fair and achievable. You will be rewarded with a generous monthly bonus structure.
• To be organized and punctual at all times, making sure that attention to detail is a high priority. This includes putting notes on the system, thorough audit trails and service levels are met.
• To answer telephone calls within three rings and to deal with client queries / requests politely and efficiently within your capabilities. Seek assistance from, or refer client to, branch manager or assistant branch manager where necessary
