Chef De Partie

Simple Recruitment are currently seeking a friendly, driven, food focused Chef de Partie to join a small but strong Kitchen Brigade for our prestigious client in Thatcham area Specialising in game.

The successful applicant will be well versed in a la carte menu service ideally with previous rosette level experience.

The ideal candidate should have a real pride in achieving excellence and shares our client’s ethos on focusing on fresh, seasonal and local ingredients.

Access to personal transport is essential due to location and the shifts are 5/7 shifts a week 3.5/4.5 days per week is the norm.
