Simple Recruitment are searching for to recruit an experienced, organised and customer focused Chef for our client in Southampton area.

This is for a business unit in an airport therefore Banqueting experience would be relevant
What we are looking for :
-Highly experienced chef – working from a CDP level and above
-Owner of chef whites, safety shoes and their own knives
-Experience working with a variety or cuisines
-Ability to work under pressure and to strict time limits
-Experience working different types of service such as – Banqueting – A La Carte – Buffet
-Ability to work individually and as part of a team
– Great attitude towards work
– Reliability
– Knowledge of Health and Safety – Allergens – HACCP – COSHH
