Sous chef

Simple Recruitment are currently seeking a friendly, driven, food focused Sous chef to join a strong Kitchen Brigade for our prestigious client in the Maidenhead area.

The successful applicant will be well versed in a la carte menu service, modern cooking techniques and current food trends, ideally with previous rosette level experience.

The ideal candidate should have a real pride in achieving excellence and shares our client’s ethos on focusing on fresh, seasonal, and local ingredients.

Access to personal transport is essential due to location and the working hours are 7 shifts/50 hours, 5/7.
