Simple Recruitment are working with a national client to recruit a Chef for a lovely care home based in Kempston. This is an excellent opportunity for Chef to work in a stable environment.

The role

As a Chef, you will be responsible for all aspects of service , including prep and cooking

Main job entails:

·Food preparation

·Service to the highest standard

·Overseeing kitchen cleanliness

. Knowledge of dietary requirements is preferred but not essential

Key skills:

·A confident, self-motivated, and driven person.

·Maintain high standards for food quality and customer service.

·Ideally experience in delivering good quality meals

In this role you will be working in a care home cooking for approx. 40 residents throughout the day. We are looking for Chef to work ongoing over the at this location, this role is being offered on a temporary basis.

You must have a valid in date enhanced DBS certificate to be considered for this role.

You must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19

Working hours

5 out of 7 days

48 hrs a week on a rota basis, hours will be confirmed with site.

Pay: £17.50ph
