Night Parcel Sorter

Simple Recruitment Services are recruiting for applicants to work for a local well-known parcel courier company.

Ideally, we are looking for applicants that have had a minimum of 6 months warehouse experience.

Shift

Sunday-Friday

Start Time: between 22:00-00:00

8-10 hours per shift

P.P.E: Safety Boots and High-Vis

Pay rate is £11.22

As a Parcel Sorter the work will involve the following:

• scanning products and putting them in the right location.
• Sorting Items by hand into compartments, overseeing the automatic sorting process.
• Bagging and labelling mail for its destination.
• Moving mail around the office between conveyor belts, loading and unloading wheeled containers from vehicles to the despatch areas.
• Lift and carry mail bags and boxes weighing up to 20kg and to push containers weighing 250kg.

This is an ongoing role with no end date in sight!
