Simple Recruitment Services Ltd are recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to assist in the management ofour already exisitng desks.
A background in recruitment would be preferable but not as essential as enthusiasm and eagerness to progress.
Experience in administration or sales would also be a bonus to support the existing team grow the business further.
The successful candidate will be rewarded with all the benefits associated in such roles to include a basic salary, plus an uncapped bonus structure and an opportunity to develop existing skills and qualities with a little help to find some new ones.
The Department will support clients with temporary staffing on an ad hoc basis as well as permanent recruiting solutions.
Office hours are between 8am and 5pm but the business can be flexible to meet the business / candidates needs.
Duties of the role include but are not exclusive to –
– Sourcing and managing Candidates
– Assisting the Branch Manager and other consultants with day to day tasks
– Ensuring 100% compliance and best practice
– Completing payroll on a weekly basis
– Tranporting candidates to various clients as and when is needed
– Following company procedures and maximising profits
– Attending client meetings and visits
Good communication skills are essential to effectively manage Candidates and Clients alike coupled with sound administrative skills.
Access to own transport is essential, and company expenses will be reimbursed.
