Job Title: Night Shift Healthcare Worker for Older Persons – Giltbrook, Nottingham
Are you a compassionate and experienced healthcare worker dedicated to providing excellent care for older individuals? We are seeking a skilled individual with at least 6 months UK experience of being employed as a care worker to our assist our client as a night shift Healthcare Worker with regular on-going work.
Position: Night Shift Healthcare Worker for Older Persons Care Home.
Location: Giltbrook Nottingham NG16
Shifts: Day Shifts (8:00 am – 8:00 pm) available Monday to Sunday
Pay rate: £13.00 P/H (including holiday pay)
Responsibilities:
- Provide personalised and compassionate care to older individuals in a residential setting.
- Assist with daily activities, including personal care, dressing, and mobility.
- Monitor and maintain the well-being of residents, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
- Engage in meaningful interactions to promote social and emotional well-being.
- Document observations and activities accurately.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in healthcare, particularly in caring for older individuals.
- Compassionate and patient-centred approach to care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to various care needs.
- Relevant experience covering at least 6 months within a UK based healthcare company.
