Role: Sales Executive(Graduate)
Salary: £30,000 + Commission
Our Client are a large Corporate Telemarketing Company who deal exclusively with major IT & Telecom customers. Based in Reading Town Centre 5 minute walk from the train station.
Please see information below, initially you will work in Reading for 2 months so will require travel the journey from departing at Paddington to arriving in the office in Reading is 34 minutes and weekly travel expenses will be provided on top of your hourly rate.
You will then be based on site in Southwark with Europe’s leading Data Storage and Cloud Enabling operator.
If you perform you will be taken on by the Client in Southwark and salary adjusted to the figures below though the bonus will be available as soon as you start.
Initially we will pay you £11.25p.h which actually equates to in excess of £22,000 + Commission. Holiday pay is also available. Once taken on the basic will be agreed by you and the client directly and you will cease all contact with both ourselves and the Reading based training operation referred to in the first paragraph A job description is available but below is the brief from the Client.
“They will be recruited to be in-sourced there but will spend the first 2 months here in Reading for training. Initially they will be on a salary of £20,000. The client is looking for people that they can take onto their books. We will have an agreement allowing them to do this at anytime. This is for someone looking for a career in sales and once taken onto the Client's books the initial salary will be between £30,000 and £40,000 with an OTE of £60,000 to £70,000. There is a very clear and defined career path and the current sales guys they have can be on salaries over £100k after 3 years. So this is an incredible opportunity. We are ideally looking at graduates with relevant telemarketing experience. They will obviously only be taken onto client's books if they are happy with performance .etc.”
