The team sent to us through Simple Recruitment were professional, talented and friendly. I was apprehensive about using waiting staff as our wedding reception was being held at our home and I thought it might feel strange or intrusive to leave strangers in our home while we went off to the ceremony. We used an experienced event manager who arrived earlier than the team to receive information before we left for the wedding. He was quick to work out what we had already set up and had some great ideas about how to ensure that the whole event went smoothly. As soon as the rest of the team arrived, he expertly managed them and put them to good use. The team themselves were so friendly and seemed to be genuinely happy to be there. There is something rather special about a team who are always smiling and work harmoniously with each other.
Throughout the day, we didn't need to worry about a thing! Even when the drinks tent was mobbed by wasps, the team simply relocated the drinks table and ensured that all the used cups and dinnerware were quickly taken away. I heard later on that Paige, who hates wasps, dealt with them too! Thanks for that! The team stayed on later than originally booked to ensure a perfect event for us and our guests. I didn't need to worry about a single thing! They made our home-based wedding look like it was far more professional than it had any right to and they did it with smiles on their faces at all times.
They have inspired us to have more large garden parties because with them on our side, we can relax and enjoy it all.
