Our client based in Lenton Industrial Estate and East Midlands Gateway is looking for a number of Warehouse Operatives to join their team.
We are looking for reliable candidates who are looking for long term position and will keep great culture within our company and be trusted and reliable for our client. We are really looking after our staff and trying to ensure all issues are resolved as soon as possible.
Current shifts available:
Lenton:
Morning shift: Monday-Thursday: 6AM-2PM Friday: 6AM-1PM (£11.00 per hour)
Afternoon shift: Monday-Thursday: 2PM-10PM Friday: 1PM-8PM (£11.00 per hour)
Night shift: Monday-Thursday: 10PM-6AM Friday: 8PM-3AM (£14.63 per hour)
East Midlands Gateway:
Rotation shift:
Morning shift: Monday-Thursday: 6AM-2PM Friday: 6AM-1PM / Afternoon shift: Monday-Thursday: 2PM-10PM Friday: 1PM-8PM (£12.65 per hour)
Night shift: Sunday: 11PM-6AM Monday-Thursday: 10PM-6AM (£14.63 per hour)
We do not have any part time roles.
Overtime 1.5x on Saturday and 2x on Sunday
Chance to be eligible for-Profit Share bonus. (Happens 2 times a year)
Daily duties:
Packing orders in a specific manner and reaching targets.
Meeting delivery deadlines.
Ensuring quality of the product is at highest standard.
Stock replenishment following correct procedures.
Taking responsibility for the zone that you work in; this includes ensuring good housekeeping standards are maintained.
Stock checking and looking after machinery.
Good level of English is required to understand training and follow Health&Safety rules.
