Location – Near Mablethorpe
Pay rate – £15p/h + £65 per sleep-in
Shift pattern – Day shifts – 8am until 10pm + Sleep in
The client can offer block bookings of 3 days and 3 sleep-ins in a row to limit travel if this is desired by the successful applicant and can offer full time hours on an ongoing basis.

Our Client, a residential home for up to 3 young persons aged between 8 – 18 years old, require 121 Support Workers to provide a homely atmosphere offering a friendly service to support, educate and enrich the lives of those living there, with activities and interaction both in and out of the home. The home is in a rural location close to Mablethorpe centre and the sea front offering multiple options nearby to help you provide day trips and activities within a short distance of the home.
The service houses young people who may have suffered trauma including CSE and now present Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties, this could include challenging behaviours including behaviours associated with those who have misused/ misuse substances and alcohol. All young people will have 121 care and Support Workers who will be assisted and supported by a Senior Carer who will always be on site.
All support workers must be resilient to the challenges faced and offer friendly, caring supportive guidance and encouragement in return. All Support Workers must have previous experience of working with younger people in a similar environment to understand how to effectively manage and make a difference to the lives of the young people. Ongoing training will be provided to assist you in the role.
Successful applicants will become part of a brand new team and will be offered work on an ongoing basis with regular shifts patterns available, this could present the opportunity for a permanent job for those who desire it.
Candidate details
Due to its location, it is preferable that candidates can drive to get there and back as there is very limited public transport in the area although this is not essential if you live locally or are able to get yourself there with other means of transport.
To be considered for this role you MUST have:
· At least 1 years’ UK experience of working with young people in a similar setting.
· Have the right to work in the UK
